S&P Capital IQ Volunteers' Comments
·         Naveen Kumar Ramineni: I am very much satisfied with the EVG Program conducted in Nalgonda district with the co-operation of LEAD INDIA 2020. I had noticed a lot of improvement in the students after the program as if they were interested to participate in the school events and show respect to elders. The students were also more self-confident. This program has developed friendliness and unity among the students. I noticed a lot of change in their behavior and approach. They even planned some goals for their betterment, which were shared with me on interaction. I am very much pleased with the program and the way Lead India volunteers trained the students.  Hats off to them! I feel that we must promote such type of programs for the betterment of the society.

·         Raghava Govind Chenna: The Lead India program has helped children to learn how to be ethical, motivational, and self-confident. It not only developed them personally but also guided them to help others and develop as a group. It created awareness regarding career orientation as well as to achieve their goals in a systematic and proper manner. I really feel proud to be a part of this program as I have learnt many good values and attributes as a human being.

·         Santosh Kumar Beerelly: The EVG Program is very successful & outstanding, I am very proud to be a part of this EVG, I have been to many GVD projects but this was a memorable one, specially the teaching techniques of Lead India Team like clapping, puzzles, and biography of great leaders made the session more interesting amongst the students.  EVG focused on the younger generation to help them in selecting the right career/path for their overall growth and development. It even helps the younger ones to become powerful leaders in future. This whole process of development creates an enormous confidence among students. I feel we should promote these programs in other geographical areas also.  Thanks for giving an opportunity to participate in EVG.

·         Subhash Tadikonda: My EVG experience at Z.P.H.S Nakkalapally is very good. I feel great to participate in guiding the knowledge and views of the younger generation so that they can go in the right direction and choose the right path in their life. The Motivation sessions should have more stories and successful biography's of Mahatma Gandhi, Abraham Lincoln, and Jesse Owens, etc. to create more hope in the students' mind towards good. The EVG program has induced more confidence in the students to achieve their goals.

·         Rameshbabu Ganji: It's was a fabulous opportunity to be a part of the EVG program conducted in the schools in Nalgonda Distict, Ramannapet, Chityala, and Narketpally mandals. Kudos to the efforts taken by Lead India to set the path and guide the youth of the nation in a direction that will lead to the building of a great nation. I was blessed with an opportunity to interact with the students and share my feelings with them. I have worked as a team leader for the GVD programs and learned many things from it, which helped me in the participation in the EVG program. As a citizen of India, I feel very proud to be associated with the EVG program through which we all can join hands together to set a greater target and achieve them for our nation.

·         Bhaskar Vanimina: It was a very good experience that we had with our presence and we could achieve good result with the Lead India Program. The session helped the students to be confident in whatever they want to do or become in the future. We also could see a change in their way of thinking and living. Even the teachers were surprised with the outcome with these programs. I feel proud to be part of these EVG program.

·         Sampat Kumar Putireddi: I am very much thankful to the Lead India movement for the programs taken up by them to educate the moral values and generate the feeling of patriotism among the students. The systematic approach followed by the program is commendable and through it one can learn to be responsible towards the society and country. Leadership quality is very essential for the development of any nation and it's one of the attributes that is promoted in the EVG, particularly among the youth who are the future of the nation. I learned many things through this program and if possible I will promote those things by attending as an active member whenever such programs are conducted. It was a great learning experience to speak to the public and coordinate a successful event. I would like to thank all those made this program a grand success.
