Lead India National Club Hyderabad affiliated body of Lead India 2020 is working on a movement to inspire all citizens especially youth to become good and do good. It is conducting research on methodology to transform youth to live with values. Basic idea here is, if we teach youth how to live with ethics and principles and if they accept them heart fully and follow, then they can solve all national problems automatically. Finally we need to bring back the glory of our country which was lost in due course.

Position: Master Trainer of Lead India

Job Description:

Lead India training to High School / College students
Conducting activities & games for inculcating values
Documenting training events with photos, feedback and videos
Developing student leaders and ensuring sustenance at institutes

Key skills:

Excellent in English / Telugu –Spoken & Written and Training Skills
Good in Soft Skills, Public Speaking & Documentation

Desired Candidate Profile:

I. Any Degree – Fresher can apply
II. Good in presentations, teaching, mass communication and fun games

Selection Procedure:

Initial 2 days (from September 17th-18th September) Lead India training will be given to all candidates who are interested to take up this assignment and candidates with good presentation skills will be selected as Master Trainers at the end.

Salary: 

            Rs.100 per day stipend will be paid in probationary period (3 months)
            Rs.250 per day after confirmation 

Training Venue:  Oasis School of Excellence, Raidurg, Mehadipatnam to Gachibowli Road, beside Narayanamma engineering college from 9-30am to 5-30pm

About Lead India 2020:

Inspired with the thoughts of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, former President of India, Lead India 2020 Foundation was established in 2004 to do research and promote value-oriented curriculum to inspire youth to move in the right direction.
Lead India 2020, since its inception in 2004, has been instrumental in guiding and transforming the youth of this country into “Leaders with Values” as an empowered and ignited youth is an endurable weapon to realize our dream of a developed India. A value oriented education is indispensable to cleanse our nation diseased with corruption, crime, violence, vulgarity, indulgences, excesses, poverty, illiteracy, health-issues, and poor amenities’ for most of the citizens, etc. These problems are day-by-day creeping into the social-fabric and impairing our dream of an all-round developed India.

Lead India’s interactive training-programs are creating a lot of positive ripples amongst the youth of our country. So far, Lead India 2020 has trained as many as 10 lakh children from the various districts of Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka. Lead India’s basic training consists of 8 modules and is conducted for 3 days for teenagers along with teachers – with a view to initiate them into a positive and contributing life. Besides, sustenance lectures and events to inculcate values are conducted on a weekly basis at all the Lead India affiliated schools. Significant and perceptible change will be visible in the behavior of the student after underwent the Lead India 2020 training.

What is covered in Lead India Training?
Life Skills – Vision & Mission, Goal Setting, Time Management, Living life of purpose, Physical Development, Principles of Human body, Yogasanas, Praanayaama and Meditation, Mental Development, Self-discipline, Positive Thinking, Career Development, Social Development, Spiritual Development, National Development, and Human Values to youth in the age group of 12 to 25 years.
