Requirement of 450 Lead India Master Trainers on 45 days Training Assignment

Rajiv Vidya Mission (Government of AP) asked Lead India to conduct Leadership training in all 23 districts of AP @ 70 Government High Schools per district.

Lead India is seeking to hire suitable 25 “Unemployed Graduates” from each district to work for this project.

About the Project:

1.    To provide Three days Leadership training  to Government high school students (Telugu medium) @70 per district with contents of Life Skills – Vision & Mission, Goal Setting, Time Management, Living life of purpose, Physical Development, Principles of Human body, Yogasana, Mental Development, Self-discipline, Positive Thinking, Career Development, Social Development, Spiritual Development, National Development, and Human Values
2.    25 “Unemployed Graduates” from each district who are “Non-Alcoholic”, “Non-Smokers” and “Self-Disciplined” will be selected and trained in Hyderabad in 7 days residential camp.
3.    After successful training these trainers will go to their district and stay at mandal head quarters and work for 45 days and train 14 schools as a member of “4member team” in the months of December, January, February and March
4.    Trainers are provided with accommodation
5.    In addition to above Rs.200 remuneration will be paid for each working day.
6.    For Travelling and Food Rs.100 per working day will be paid

Benefits to the Candidate:

1.    Per working day Rs.200 + Rs.100 for Travelling + Food and Accommodation.
2.    Leadership training & research project which will improve his communication skills, soft skills, personality and goal setting
3.    Teaching experience which will be useful in getting jobs in educational institutes
4.    Certificate from Lead India, Rajiv Vidya Mission Govt. of AP after 45 days

2.     “Non-Alcoholic”, “Non-Smokers” and “Self-Disciplined”
3.    Ready to attend “7 days Residential Training Camp at Hyderabad”. Food, accommodation and training are provided for free. Candidate need to spend travelling expenses to and from Hyderabad.
4.    Ready to work for 45 days and train 14 schools as a member of “4member team” in the months of December, January, February and March.
