2 days Orientation Programme for Hetero Managers

Training Report:
The first day training pragramme was started with the installation of flag by Sri Mishara Garu- G.M., Sri.Narsa Reddy garu and Smt Chudamani garu followed by Vandemataram.
The first session was taken by G.Shivaraj who becomes a good friend of them and he also gave the norms of the training. The Next session was taken by Gouthami Ch who gave the necessity of the 2nd National Movement –Lead India 2020taking into the consideration of India past and Present and how individual problems are leading to the National problems.
The Next Session was taken up by Sri Jagan Mohan Reddy garu who gave the importance of Life, goal setting, time management, how to be in demand and Leadership skills & Qualities.
The Next session was taken up by Sri Viswanadham garu who gave the importance of Communication skill in ones day to day life. Social Life is nothing but communication only one can enter into agreements to transact social, relations cultural relations, Economic- relation, political relation ETC.
Second Day
The second day session was started by the flag installation the first session was conducted by well experienced Mr.Srinivasa Rao (Retd. of Andhra Bank, and ICFAI lecturer ) very meticulously explained how we can keep our selves away from share by controlling our emotions.He read that stress leads too many loses, and this can be avoided by developing noble thoughts. And there thoughts can be developed by practicing Yogasanas, and shedding anger He suggested to the employees to consider their themselves no-1 is work and love the work they do.
The second session was conducted by Mr. Sunder the great trainer he awakened the positive thinking attitudes in the employees by his beautiful words. He told them that a person with rich thought is the richest person. He suggested to the employees that we should always feel that my job is interesting, and I love my job, the only we can do justice to the work we take up.
The third session was an interesting session conducted by Mr.D.V.K.Dakshina Murthy, who inculcated the habit of not postponing the work, and giving priorities to certain work, to balance our day to day schedule at home and office. We have to talk the issue lightly but while implementing be serious decision makings should be sharp during problems.
