Employees Report
The one day orientation programme
was conducted by Lead India 2020 Foundation to HETERO Managers/
Executives on 21st June 2012
in collaboration with Hetero Drugs Ltd.
The programme began on 21st
June 2012 at 9.00 AM at Unit No: 1 Hetero Drugs, The programme officially
started by the installation of the Flag and the prayer. Next Mr. Ram took the
lead and initiated the training Session.
At the outset Mr. Prabhakar (Director of Capital
IQ,) gave an over view about Lead India 2020 Movement & took “India
past and present “session,
explained the importance of the two-day orientation programme and he advised
the participation for maximum benefit out of the training.
Session-1 The
first session of day 1 was started by
Mrs.Aruna Training Executive, Lead India, She made all the participants as “
Jaan Jigiri Dosth” ,the Ice Breaking Session . Later Mr Prabahakar Director of Capital IQ
Started the session was made interesting
by playing a game and introduction of Laughing technics he told about the Lead India 2020 Movement and its
importance. He extempored the
employees about India’s past and present situation. He Inspired the
employees how Capital Iq employees conduct social work at
least once in a month to develop India. He encouraged the trainees by gifting
them Vivekanand’s books.
Session-2
It was a wonderful session Life
and vision conducted by Mrs. Gowthami Training Executive Lead India
2020. Though it was her first session she has touched the hearts of Every one.
She very meticulously made them realize the importance of life and the skills
needed to reach the destiny.
Session-3
As it is
known that in this present world it is very important to Improve our “Communication
Skills” to excel in our Work. This session was conducted by Ret. Prof. Vishwanadham garu. Improving
communication skill helps addvalues. He said, each and everything in our
nature continuously communicates but it is the eye which perceives and should
be always different from rest of the cloud. He said think before u speak not to
speak before u think.
Session-4
After a
break Prof. Vishwanadam conducted a session about” work ethics” .
He said work ethics means what you want to do when no one is watching you.
Always try to give 100% at work place and always feel the work to be your own. The session was
concluded by Prof. Vishwanadham garu,
after a brief feed back from the employees
