Employees Report
The two day orientation programme was conducted by Lead India 2020 Foundation
to HETERO Managers/ Executives from 19th-20th June 2012
in collaboration with Hetero Drugs Ltd.
The programme
began on 19th June 2012 at 9.00 AM at Unit No: 3 Hetero Drugs, The
programme officially started by the installation of the Flag and the prayer.
At the outset Mr. Prabhakar (Director of
Capital IQ,) gave an over view about Lead India 2020 Movement & took “India
past and present “session,
explained the importance of the two-day orientation programme and he advised
the participation for maximum benefit out of the training.
Session-1
The first session of day 1 was started by Mrs.Aruna
Training Executive, Lead India, She made all the participants as “ Jaan Jigiri
Dosth” ,the Ice Breaking Session . Later Mr Prabahakar Director of Capital IQ Started
the session by explaining the mission behind this Lead India 2020 programme and
described the objective of the training
programmes was to empower participants
with appropriate holistic knowledge and personal skills for transforming themselves and people
around them for a better organizational culture ,enhancing individual
organization performance. His session was interesting and was a stomach bursting session. He
enlightened the hidden potentials among the employees and ended the
session with the beautiful activity of origamy.
Session-2
The
first days of second session was “Mind and body ”conducted Dr. Geetha challa a psychologist and counselor, she meticulously
explained how ego is dominated by superego and some times controlled by Id ego.
She said mind is powerful and it is our responsibility to think and evaluate
ourselves before we do any work.
Session-3
The third session was about “Communication
Skill and Work Ethics” conducted
by Ret. Prof. Vishwanadham garu, He
said communication can both enhance and
enrich relationships both at work and at home. Communication should have clarity and we
should think and talk. It is very
difficult to run an institute without work ethics. To make a work successful in an organization we should follow integrity
timeliness and confidentiality
Session-4
The session
was conducted by Mrs. Chudamani , Retd Prinicipal and State co-oordinator Lead India2020 she explained the importance of Goal setting
and how foreseeing helps to develop ourselves and become successful in life.
Second
Day (20th June 2012)
The second day‘s
session was initiated by Mr
Uday Kumar Reddy Head of ISMA foundation.Reg “ Stress management”
He conveyed that a man with out stress is
dead. We should have stress for goal setting and life. Stress is always
manageable when cause is known. We should keep our body healthy, spiritually
and physically by practicing at least 15
min.s of Physical Exercise which helps us in stress management. He said life should
have competitions but competition is not life.
Session-2
The second
day session was conducted by Mr. Sunder an experienced trainer and director of
formula training institute. He took class on “How to Excel in our work and Inculcation of values”. He
made the Employees realize that Indians
work 80% of them work only for their needs and they are called Workers
16%of work for desires and they are
performers and only 4% work with intention and are called leaders. He said Laziness is enemy for excellence.
Session-3
The
session was conducted by Mr Naresh Training
Executive LeadIndia 2020 he made the employees realize the values of life by conducting very
emotional heart touching
session that is ” Mothers session” .After this session some of the employees resolved to do something for their
parents and Mother land.
Session-4
This session
was”Work balance and life”
conducted by Mr. Dakshana Murthy a retired bank employee and trainer. He said
that proper planning and coordination Leads to a perfect work with standards.
Every one enjoyed the sessions by the activities conducted by him to make the employees
realize how to manage work and balance.
Session-5
This session was
conducted by Mr. Jaganmohan reddy, Industrialist and Ex- Governor of Lion’s
Club, He with his experience explained that if we have will we can become
Leaders He said Leadership is an art and can be acquired by experimenting our Knowledge.

days but it is not true because with the training we have acquired we can work
more efficiently and gain the production within no time.

Each and every session was important
for us they have given us complete guidance, to how to develop our society. I
will implement all there points and join as volunteer to Lead India.
