ü Lead India
2020 awakens and inspires the students.
ü It brought lot
of change in attitude of the students.
ü Students came
to know the value of parents and teachers and started to show more respect
towards parents and teachers.

Report
The first day training programme was
started with the installation of flag by Sri.Narsimha Reddy garu, School
Correspondent and Sri.K Suryakala Reddy garu, school Head Master followed by
Vandematarm.
The first session was taken up by
Smt.Gouthami became a very good Jaan Jigri dosth by Ice-Breaking session.
The Next session was taken up by
Smt.Aruna Reddy who gave the necessity of Lead India 2020 by memorizing India
Past and present situation in India.
The next session was taken up by
Janaki a volunteer, and gave the importance of life and vision, goal setting.
The second day training programme was
started with physical development session taken up by shiva, a volunteer.
The Next session was taken up by
E.Aruna Reddy, how an ordinary man can be transformed into an extraordinary man
by Mental Development.
The Next session was taken up by
Naveen a volunteer who gave the impotence of parents, teachers etc by Mother
Session.
The third day training programme was
started with the Global skills by Smt.Gouthami.
The Next session was taken up by
Janki, a volunteer how individual development leads to the Nation development
by social Development.
Finally the three days training
programme was conducted successfully by Sri.Narsimha Reddy garu, Smt. Suryakal
Reddy garu, Sri Prabhakar Chary President of Rajendra Nagar Mandal recognized
private school Association and Sri.Sravan Kumar garu, general secretary of Rajendra
Nagar Mandal rec.PVT Schools Association.

Prabhakar Chary: - I have seen lots of enthusiasm in children and
I should see the same enthusiasm every day and one should not sleep till he /
she reach his / her Goal.

Association: - In olden days, we used
to live in combined families but now we had lost that culture, love, affection.
Instead we developed selfishness. This Lead India 2020 training programme has
given an opportunity to change our attitude. I thank Lead India 2020team and I
assure that we’ll conduct this programme in other schools also.

Mrs Surya Kala Reddy :- It’s has been a wonderful three days training
Programme in our school. I could notice complete transformation in children’s
attitude, Body language and their confidence level also increased. They have
realized the importance of their parents and Human Values.
I promise that this Lead India 2020
programme is going to be a part of our Academic curriculum from this next
Academic year.
Deep from my heart, I really
appreciate lead India Team for their great effort and Endeavour. It gives me immature
pleasure to that Lead India 2020Team.
Teachers Observations
T.Jan Reddy: - I really thank to Lead India Team members for giving a
good opportunity and it was an excellent training programme that helps every
child to develop themselves each and every session is individually important
and wonderful session.
Trainees (Students) Opinions
Azar –xth: - I like this Lead India training programme very much have
learnt how to develop myself there by my country. We have to develop skills and
respect, elders.
Nanda Krishore-Xth: - Before this camp, I was not polite with my parents and
Teachers. Now, I have learnt how to behave with my teachers, parents and also
how to be in class. I have also learnt the importance of Life& vision and
mission. I want to become a world famous great IAS officer.
Harsh Reddy –IX: I want to become world famous great IPS
officer. I want to serve my CHI home and my country. I realized the importance
of my parents and teachers.
Aakanksha-VIII: - I have learnt not to speak lies. Previously I used to
tell lies. But I have stopped now .Now I want to become a world famous great
Lawyer as it is my father’s aspiration.
