Training Impact & Highlights

ü   Lead India 2020 awakens and inspires the students.

ü   This camp brought lot of change in attitude of the students.

ü   Students came to know the value of parents and teachers and started to show more respect towards parents and teachers.

Training Report

  

The programme was inaugurated and started by Mr.Bhaskar –Correspondent and Mrs.Bhavani. 

       

      In the first session the children were made friends, and breaking of lce was done by the Lead India 2020 team. They were made aware of why it is important to smile, 100% participation, and encourage, each other and to be open-minded, to learn new things.

In the next session, the children were made aware of the past India, and how India has lost its glory, and the cause behind that, they were, made aware like quit India Movement (which was a movement to get Independence) Lead India 2020, movement is a movement to develop India by 2020 And to develop our Nation we need to develop ourselves and then develop India “Aap Badho Desh Ko Badhao”

In the next session children realized, the importance of setting a great goal to be successful in their life. And they promised to follow the points needed to become meaningful.

2^nd Day:

          In the next session, they were made aware of how to develop their mental health, by developing positive attitudes, and discarding the negativities. They were made aware that, the good attitude lead to good destiny.

In the Next session, the children came to know the importance of developing Human Values, and at least we should attain humanity, if not divinity. But should not behave like a devil, and avoid the devilishness we have to clear the debts of parents, teacher, Nation, and Nature.

In the Next session, the heart touching session where children realized, the importance of parent’s teachers, and Nation, and the hard work of them to mould the future generation Children then promised to change their behavior towards parents, teachers and nation.

3^rd Day:

In the Next session children, were astonished by the performance of Mr. Sai Krishna a change agent (JNTUH), he inspired the children, to maintain their physical health, by following the six principles of Health.

In the Next session, children came to know that it is very important to develop various skills to become successful, in life. Then only we can develop our nation, and make it a Global Leader.

        In the next session children, were made aware of Lead India National Club, and what are the club members going to do, and maintain the sustenance programme.

The lead India 2020 3 days orientation programme was concluded on the third day by the following guest of honors.

Special thanks to lead India Organization Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam, Mr Prof N.B Sudershan Acharya, and the Lead India 2020trainers, for this wonderful programme. As youth is getting diverted, so this Lead India Programme is motivating the youth to design a Goal, and to respect the, parents, Teachers and elders. Children should continue this till they achieve their goal, and by developing themselves develop the Nation, so always dream big.

Teacher’s observations

 Arun Gupta: - I liked the Lead India 2020 programe very much the way in which lead India team is motivating the students towards performing the moral duties and explaining moral values is very good. I have enjoyed at the same time have learnt something new in each and every session. Especially I liked the mother session and I convey my special thanks to Lead India team.

 A.Chaitanya, English teacher: - I really appreciate the team of Lead India program who has organized such a wonderful program for the students. It helps children to inculcate good habit and good manners. It also remind them of their duties which they have to perform in the future. The programme helped them to set a goal, which they may not have thought till this day. It helped them to know about themselves like their capacity, strength and weaknesses. It helped them to know other important things in their life rather than studies. It increased their concentration level and they learnt to respect their parents and elders.          

     

 

Feedback of the Children’s:

B.Aakash-VIB: - I want to become world famous lawyer is my Goal. My present goal is to secure 100% marks in all subjects. I enjoyed, and at the same time, have learnt how to lead a disciplined life, and it is important to respect parents, teachers and elders.

 

Mounika VII:-

          My present goal is to secure good marks, in all classes. My future goal is to become world famous ophthalmologist. Due to this lead India training I developed self confidence, and have learnt some values to behave like a human being.

Santhoshi x:-

        

 I enjoyed this Lead India2020 camp at the same time I have learnt how to keep ourselves healthy, and how to develop different skills, and have developed self confidence, and can speak in front of any number of people. My goal is to get state rank.

Sidhaji Saivu-IX:-

It was a very useful programme. We have learnt to give respect to others. We have learnt, how mutual cooperation and various skills help us to develop, and there by develop nation.

Nikitha Madve-VIII: - This programme is very good, and very important for all the citizens. Before attending this camp I was lazy, selfish had ego and Stage fear but now I discarded all these. I too want to join Lead India.
