About Lead India 2020:

Lead India 2020, since its inception in 2004, has been instrumental in guiding and
transforming the youth of this country into “Leaders with Values” as an empowered and
ignited youth is an endurable weapon to realize our dream of a developed India. A value-
oriented education is indispensable to cleanse our nation diseased with corruption, crime, violence, poverty, illiteracy, health-issues, poor amenities’ for most of the citizens, etc. Theseproblems are day-by-day creeping into the social-fabric and impairing our dream of an all-round developed India.

After a meticulous and painstaking examination of the national issues hampering our growth,Lead India has come up with a well-researched and value-oriented program to ignite the scientific thought process and provide a deep perspective about life to our youth. It designed training-methodologies that create an ever-lasting impact on the vacillating minds of the youth such that they would be always and all-ways alert to the good and bad they would across in their lives.

Lead India’s interactive training-programs are creating a lot positive ripples amongst the
youth of our country. So far, LeadIndia2020 has trained as many as 10 lakh children from
various districts of Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka. Lead India’s basic training consists of 8modules and is conducted for 3 days for high-school students along with teachers. Besides, sustenance lectures and events to inculcate values are conducted on a weekly basis at all the Lead India affiliated schools.

In the words of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, former President of India, this is the time to follow and lead this noble work as a 2nd national movement towards achieving developed India by 2020 by inspiring all the youth of India. So that the youth doesn’t get into problems that aggravate national problems, instead they become problem solvers.

Lead India’s training program helps in these ways:
  • Self exploration, career development, and life mission discovery
Who Am I? Where Am I Going? How Will I Get There?
  • Develop in-depth life skills, motivation, confidence, and vision:

How to create a vivid, achievable scenario for successful and independent life.
  • Understand about interpersonal and soft skills critical to survival and success:
Human Values, self esteem, control of negative emotions, relationships, etc.
  • Risks of youth hood and their prevention:
Ways and means to overcome the problems/issues/risks.
  • Reality wake-up call to the world around us:
Importance of Self Development, Leadership Qualities, Team Work & Global Skills.
  • Physical, Intellectual, Energy, Moral and Spiritual Development:
All round growth, becoming a better human being and command respect
  • Providing youth a new sense of purpose and help them connect with our society:
Patriotism, need to share, learn, explore, grow, and excel.
