Training Impact & Highlights:

ü  Lead India 2020 awakens and inspires the students.

ü  It brought lot of change in attitude of the students.

ü  Students came to know the value of parents and teachers and started to show more respect towards parents and teachers.

  TRAINING REPORT

The session was started with Great Enthusiasm and the students of Vivekananda were made friends by Miss Chaitanya a change Agents and trainer. Children showed 100% participation, encouragement and showed everlasting smile on their faces.

The Next session was taken up by Gouthami Ch, Lead India trainers, she inculcated patriotism in them by saying India past and present. She resolved the individual problem in them which leads to the National Problems.

The Next session was taken up by Tehamina a volunteer of Lead India, and she made them to set goals for their life and utilize time in a good manner by her session Life and Vision

The Next session was taken by Mrs Aruna, Lead India trainer she removed the stage fear in them and improved leadership qualities and, inculcated scientific temper in them. She also gave the importance of English speaking, Computer Knowledge, self development and practical education in them.

The next session was taken by Krishna Sudha a volunteer from GNITS. She inculcated positive thinking, and explained how an ordinary student can become extraordinary students.

The next session was taken up by Mounika a volunteer from GNITS. She explained how to become great and inculcated Human Value in them.

The next session was taken up by Shiva Raj Lead India trainer. He explained how everyone are debted to the Parents, Teachers, Nation, and Nature. He also told that it is important to save our Nature by saving electricity, water usage of dust bin and etc,

The Next session is was taken up by Naveen Lead India trainer. He made them realize their mistakes done towards their Parents and Teachers by Heart touching session “MOTHER SESSION”.

The Next session is was taken up by Mrs.P Chudamani Lead India state coordinator who gave the importance of Health for an Individual life and the principles of Physical development.

The three days Training was concluded successfully with the sharing’s of Students and teachers.

 This is very good programme, for children as they have developed communication skills and have lot of stage fear.

A marvellous programme was mother’s session as it has developed respect for elders among children, it was a motivating and encouraging programme for the children in all aspects.

I appreciate the Lead India 2020 programme which has developed our students in many aspects like Social, Mental, Human Values, Discipline and respect towards elders. it is the programme which is making the children aware of their strengths, Knowledge, hidden within them.

Energising programme, and we are debated to Lead India 2020 team. We have to follow all that they have tought.implement for yourself, parent’s teachers and nation we should all take part in Lead Idnia2020 programme and should also train others.

We did not learn all this which Lead India has taught in our school but through Lead India we have learnt So much, and has brought so many changes in us. From now, I will respect teachers and I will not comment them and I will stop other also doing that.
