Highlights of the Workshop:

1. Students of classes 7^th, 8^th, 9^th& 10^th have participated in the workshop.

2. Students were very active throughout the session.

3. Students made sure they will do well in final exams with the effectiveness of this program.

4. The workshop did brought some positive changes in the behaviour of the pupil.

5. Students have realised the importance of their parents and teachers and started to pay more respect and attention towards them.

6. LEAD INDIA 2020 awakens & inspires students towards the challenges of their life with a positive approach.

Training Report:

The 1st Day

In the 1st session, the students shy and inhibitions were removed by Mr.Sudhakar (Lead India Master Trainer), who made them jaan jigari dost.

In the 2nd session, Mr.Narasimlu (Lead India Master Trainer) told about India’s past and present status and made them feel great to be an Indian. The 1st day was concluded by Smruthi Vardhini.

The 2nd Day

In this session, Mr.Sudhakar (Lead India Master Trainer) told about our National Problems. The students were made realized that the individual problems lead to National problems and they promised that by developing themselves they will develop India.

Next session was conducted by Mr.Gangaraju (Lead India Master Trainer) he made them realize, how they utilize the services from parents, teachers, Society, nation and Nature and they become debited to them, so by fulfilling their desires and aspirations they can indebt themselves.

Next Mr.Gangaraju (Lead India Master Trainer) melted their heart, by lighting it with the love and affections shown by parents, teachers and nation. Then children took blessing from their teachers and took apologies from them.

Mr.Narsimlu (Lead India Master Trainer) developed their positive thinking and how to control the negative thinking lead them to their development. The 2nd day was concluded by Smritivardini

The 3rd Day

Session was conducted by Mr.Sudhakar (Lead India Master Trainer) who made them realize the importance of developing various Global skills to reach their goal. The 2nd session was conducted by Mr.Narasimlu (Lead India Master Trainer) and he gave 6 principles to keep them physically fit. The 3rd session was conducted by Mr.Sudhakar(Lead Inida Master Trainer) about Mental Development and the children were made realizes that they are directly or indirectly dependent on the nation. The 4^th Session was conducted by Mr.Gangaraju(Lead India Master Trainer) about Mother Session, from this session every student realizes their self and then they decided. So to develop nation we have to develop ourselves and self development leads to nation’s development and give Respect to Parents, Teachers and Relatives and Friends.

Mr.G.Satyanarayana (School Head Master), Zilla Parishad HighSchool,Wadapally and Mr.K.Ramreddy, School Master and Mrs.K.Nagalatha, School Teacher and Mr.A.Janayya, School Master and Mr.P.Venkateswarlu, School Master attended to the concluding programme. In the concluding programme the Head Master picked up some of the students to share their feedback regarding this Lead India Training Camp. They were very much impressed by their daring and dashing behavior.

The Lead India 2020 ABDB Training programme was concluded by National anthem.

PRINCIPAL’S FEEDBACK:

Ø LEAD INDIA has organized a training program for 3 days from 29^th December 2014 to 31^st December 2014 in our school under the guidance of master trainers Mr. Gangaraju, Mr. Sudhakar & Mr. Narsimlu. A total of 192 students from 7^th, 8^th, 9^th & 10^thclasses along with the teachers have participated in the training program. This program is an opportunity to create awareness in the students about their life, importance of purposeful life goal, parents, teachers and the nation made us to realize our responsibility towards all. We request you to organize this kind of programs in every government schools for their different circumstances to impact the students high. It’ll be happy if CAPITAL IQ can provide us with digital learning systems i.e. Projector to facilitate more effective teaching for our students & also this program if conducted for 5 days instead of 3 days will be a benefit for the students. Heart full thanks to LEAD INDIA team for organizing such a wonderful program in our school…

Ø LEAD INDIA 2020 has been a useful program to taught us the responsibilities to daily activities, value of time, personal development along with national development, help children to learn self-discipline, personal hygiene, healthy lifestyle habits, overall body language & service minded.

Ø LEAD INDIA has been a positive motivating factor for the students to learn the importance of love, honesty, happiness-sadness, affection, attachment, life goal, problems-remedies, health instructions, mind-its behavior, positive behavior, yoga, meditation & LRSW program.

Ø LEAD INDIA can be organized on free-grounds all over the world.

Ø It’ll be good if LEAD program can be organized in two stages,6 months in a year for 5 or 7 days, this should start from school age onwards up to the university level & this should be available to all classes of people in the country both educated & un-educated…
