The 3 days LEAD INDIA
program was very good even i‘ve become a child listener throughout the program,
this program injects the feelings of worship towards mother, teachers and
nation, It’ll be great if the programs can be wide spread from school level to
U.G level, very much satisfied with the training program. Heartful thanks to

Highlights of the Workshop:
1.
Students of 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th
& 10th classes have participated in the workshop.
2. Students were very active throughout the
session.
3. Students made sure they will do
well in final exams with the effectiveness of this program.
4. The workshop
did brought some positive changes in the behaviour of the pupil.
5. Students have realised the importance of their parents
and teachers and started to pay more respect and attention towards them.
6. LEAD INDIA 2020 awakens &
inspires students towards the challenges of their life with a positive
approach.
Training Report:
The 1st Day
In the 1st session, the students shy and inhibitions were
removed by Mr.Dega Srihari (Lead India Master Trainer), who made them jaan jigari
dost.
In the 2nd session, Mr.Sainath (Lead
India Master Trainer) told about India’s past and present status and made them
feel great to be an Indian. The 1st day was concluded by Smruthi Vardhini.
The 2nd Day
In this session, Mr.Ramesh (Lead India Master Trainer) told about our
National Problems. The students
were made realized that the individual problems lead to National problems and
they promised that by developing themselves they will develop India.
Next session was conducted by Mr.Shankaraiah (Lead India Master Trainer)
he made them realize, how they utilize the services from parents, teachers,
Society, nation and Nature and they become debited to them, so by fulfilling
their desires and aspirations they can indebt themselves.
Next
Mr.Shankaraiah (Lead India Master Trainer) melted their heart, by lighting it
with the love and affections shown by parents, teachers and nation. Then
children took blessing from their teachers and took apologies from them.
Mr.Sainath (Lead India Master Trainer) developed their positive thinking
and how to control the negative thinking lead them to their development. The
2nd day was concluded by Smritivardini
The 3rd Day
Session was conducted by Mr.Sainath (Lead India Master Trainer) who
made them realize the importance of developing various Global skills to reach
their goal. The 2nd session was conducted by Mr.Ramesh (Lead India Master
Trainer) and he gave 6 principles to keep them physically fit. The
3rd session was conducted by Mr.Dega Srihari(Lead India Master Trainer)
about Mental Development and the children were made realizes that they are
directly or indirectly dependent on the nation. The 4th Session was
conducted by Mr.Shankaraiah(Lead India Master Trainer) about Mother Session,
from this session every student realizes their self and then they decided. So
to develop nation we have to develop ourselves and self development leads to
nation’s development and give Respect to Parents, Teachers and Relatives and
Friends.

to the concluding programme. In the concluding programme the Head Master picked
up some of the students to share their feedback regarding this Lead India
Training Camp. They were very much impressed by their daring and dashing
behavior.
The Lead India 2020 ABDB Training
programme was concluded by National anthem.

Ø LEAD INDIA 2020 has organized a training camp in our
school for 3 days from 20th November 2014 to 22nd
November 2014 the presence of master trainers Mr. Ramesh, Mr. Srihari, Mr.
Sainadh & Mr. Shankaraiah, students from 6th to 10th
classes have taken active participation in the training. Students were taught
& emphasized more on the topics of Questioning & Life goal-achievable
ways, the central idea of “Small Goal-Big Crime” motivates and reachable to the
students. Credit of gratefulness to all the four master trainers for paying
such attention and dedication towards their teaching contents to perfectly deliver
into the hearts of all my students. Once again my heartfelt thanks to the team…

Ø LEAD INDIA program was successful in correctly recognizing the mental
state of students to teach them the whole content in a easy way and made sure
students take 100 % participation throughout the session.
Ø LEAD INDIA program has contributed a lot to improve the disciplinary behavior
and concentrate on timely goals in their lives and rectify any mistake (they
believe) they’ve done before.
Ø LEAD INDIA training program can be implemented on free grounds at school
level only.
Ø It’ll be good if LEAD INDIA training program is made a continuous process

days instead of 3 days program…
