ü Lead India 2020 awakens and inspires the
students.
ü It brought lot of change in attitude of
the students.
ü Students came to know the value of
parents and teachers and started to show more respect towards parents and
teachers.
Training Report
The 1st day
In the 1st session, the students shy and inhibitions were removed by Mr.Dasarath (Master Trainer), who made them jaan jigari dost.
In the 2nd session,Mr.Kranthi Kumar(Master Trainer) told about
India’s past and present status and made them feel great to be an Indian. The
1st day was concluded by Smruthi Vardhini.
The 2nd day
In this session,Mr.Gangaraju(Master Trainer)told about our National
Problems.The students
were made realized that the individual problems lead to National problems and
they promised that by developing themselves they will develop India.
Next session
was conducted by Mr.Omaji(Master Trainer) he made them realize, how they
utilize the services from parents, teachers, Society, nation and Nature and
they become debited to them, so by fulfilling their desires and aspirations
they can indebt themselves.
Next Mr.Omaji (Master Trainer) melted their heart, by lighting it with
the love and affections shown by parents, teachers and nation. Then children
took blessing from their teachers and took apologies from them.
Mr.Gangaraju(Master Trainer) developed their positive thinking and how
to control the negative thinking lead them to their development. The
2nd day was concluded by Smritivardini.
The 3rd day
Session was conducted by Mr.Dasarath(Master Trainer) who made them
realize the importance of developing various Global skills to reach their
goal.The 2nd session was conducted by Mr.Kranthi Kumar (Master Trainer)
and he gave 6 principles to keep them physically fit. The 3rd session the
children were made realizes that they are directly or indirectly dependent on
the nation. So to develop nation we have to develop ourselves and self
development leads to nation’s development.

HighSchool,Thungapahad and Mr.M.Jaganmohan Garu Senior Assistant Master and
Mr.L.Gopaiah School Master and Mrs.N.Anjamma Senior Assistant Teacher and
Mrs.Shahnaz In charge of lower classes attended to the concluding programme. In
the concluding programme the Head Master picked up some of the students to
share their feedback regarding this Lead India Training Camp. They were very
much impressed by their daring and dashing behavior.
The Lead India 2020 ABDB Training programme was concluded by
National anthem.
Principal Remarks
Lead India 2020 ABDB 3 Days Training Program was done from
08-09-2014 to 10-09-2014.This Program was done in 6 Sessions. In This Program the
Main Resource Persons are Gangaraju, Dasarathram Reddy, Omaji and Kranthi
Kumar. From our School 8th,9th 10th class
Students are participated in this program successfully and they are enjoyed a
lot from the program, they got more Knowledge about The Country and National
Problems and Personality Development, Career Setting, Life & Vision About
Indian Culture, Physical & Mental Development, Human Values, Social Responsibility,
Global Skills. Thank You Lead India2020 Foundation.

Teachers Observations
1) This Lead India program helps to mould the career and
personal life and contributes to their overall development and we felt that
it’s our responsibility to prepare them towards the development of our nation
from this session.
2) This Lead India program is a powerful program to make
the students over come their negative opinion on education.
3) Lead India program can be successfully
implemented/achieved all over at the school level.
4) Lead India 2020 program should be more Facilitated or
reachable to all the people of the nation through the means of media like news
papers, radio, television etc. will be helpful.

This Lead
India program helps the personal life of students to bring the positive changes
in them by overcoming the negatives in them like a machine tool and leads to
social development.
1) This Lead India programs helps the students to
maintain their daily attendance in the school also it helps in the overall
development of students physically, mentally thereby contributing to the social
development.
2) The Lead India 2020 team must visit as many schools as
possible every year and it should sow the seeds of joy and happiness in each
and every school student to make them purposeful and respectable citizens of
future India.

1) This Lead India 2020 program helps the students to
realise their possible strengths and weakness in their lives and also it helps
my profession to make necessary changes to understand my students better.
2) This Lead India program fills the joy and energy among
the pupil in their daily lives. It focuses their life style and overall behaviour
both at school level and outside too with the useful tips provided to them.
3) I will do my part of duty/responsibility towards my
students only at the school level.
4) The services of Lead India should have been spread out
more among the villagers in order to achieve an efficient development of the
mission.

This Lead India 2020 program helps the
students to achieve an all round development both at school level and their
personal life. To get an efficient job this session makes it an important and
useful one to listen and this also helps them to deal the classroom environment
positively while enjoying the session at the same time.
1) The Lead India program is very beneficial to overcome
the lazy attitude of the students and leads them towards the path of purposeful
life goal.
2) The Lead India Services can be done or avail any time
only at School Level.
3) Lead India 2020 mission can be developed more through
the means of media and it should maintain its consistency in the coming days.
