Highlights of the Workshop

1. 70 Students of 9^th standard participated in this program. These students attended for 3 days ABDB program in 2012 and now this program provided them additional support to grow as Leaders

2. Entire session went with great energy everywhere. Volunteers who are aspiring to become Lead India mentors participated and learnt suitable techniques.

3. Participants involved in all activities and promised that they will implement team work in their life

4. They also promised that they will work on some projects to experiment team work in their life

5. Finally LINC Governing body with 4 members under the leadership of 1 teacher was formed to conduct weekly meeting to record and appreciate the work done by participants.

Principal Comment about Lead India - Sustenance - Team Work:

In this competitive world students are running for Marks and Jobs. There are not in a position to understand the problems of the country. Even students are not able to answer the basic questions about country like Independent day, Republic Day and etc. They think that these are only holidays to enjoy.

In this kind of situations, Lead India came up with very good concept to enable them to understand about the importance of country, education, national problems and human values.

Students and teachers who attended this program are very impressed. They want to attend more and more this kind of programs. I was very surprised that students generally who doesn’t show interest in classes, they are showing very much eager to attend this program.

Lead

India

is conducting games on variety of games on Team Work and Moral values. I am sure that students learn moral values and try to inculcate those values in their life.

I hope you will conduct this kind of programs regularly and I will give my full support to you. I request you to conduct this kind of program in my school even to 6^th and 7^th class students also.

As a Mentor, I fell that Lead India is providing tremendous effort for the children to present their views and encouraging then to be bold enough to speak in front of the people.

Many of the students are shy to speak in front of the audience but Lead India is providing them a good opportunity to talk about their view, ideas and their thinking in their own language.

Lead India is an Excellent Programme. The main aim of it is to develop our India. Lead India 20-20 refers to development of our country by 2020. We are the students who are going to be the citizens of future India. Lead India struggles to develop skills in today’s students. There is lot of development in us due to Lead India according to me. To develop communication skills, Moral values, Importance of Education, development of our country is a view of Lead India 20-20. I really thanks to founder of Lead India. Dr. A.P.J.
