Highlights of the Workshop:

1.     Students of 7th, 8th, 9th & 10th classes have participated in the workshop.                           
    2.  Students were very active throughout the session.   
    3.  Students made sure they will do well in final exams with the effectiveness of this program.
          4.  The workshop did brought some positive changes in the behaviour of the pupil.
          5. Students have realised the importance of their parents and teachers and started to pay more respect and attention towards them.
          6. LEAD INDIA 2020 awakens & inspires students towards the challenges of their life with a positive approach.

In the 1st session, the students shy and inhibitions were removed by Mr.Dasaratharam (Lead India Master Trainer), who made them jaan jigari dost. 




       In the 2nd session, Mr.Gangaraju (Lead India Master Trainer) told about India’s past and present status and made them feel great to be an Indian. The 1st day was concluded by Smruthi Vardhini.

In this session, Mr.Kranthi kumar (Lead India Master Trainer) told about our National Problems. The students were made realized that the individual problems lead to National problems and they promised that by developing themselves they will develop India. 





Next session was conducted by Mr.Dasaratharam (Lead India Master Trainer) he made them realize, how they utilize the services from parents, teachers, Society, nation and Nature and they become debited to them, so by fulfilling their desires and aspirations they can indebt themselves.








Next Mr.Omaji (Lead India Master Trainer) melted their heart, by lighting it with the love and affections shown by parents, teachers and nation. Then children took blessing from their teachers and took apologies from them.





 Mr.Gangaraju (Lead India Master Trainer) developed their positive thinking and how to control the negative thinking lead them to their development. The 2nd day was concluded by Smritivardini

Session was conducted by Mr.Dasaratharam (Lead India Master Trainer) who made them realize the importance of developing various Global skills to reach their goal. The 2nd session was conducted by Mr.Gangaraju (Lead India Master Trainer) and he gave 6 principles to keep them physically fit. The 3rd session was conducted by Mr.Kranthikumar about Mental Development and the children were made realizes that they are directly or indirectly dependent on the nation. The 4th Session was conducted by Mr.Omaji about Mother Session, from this session every student realizes their self and then they decided. So to develop nation we have to develop ourselves and self development leads to nation’s development and give Respect to Parents, Teachers and Relatives and Friends.














Mr.M.Vidyadhar reddy (Principal), Zilla Parishad High School, Jangam and Mr.Lohith, School Teacher and School Teachers attended to the concluding programme. In the concluding programme the Head Master picked up some of the students to share their feedback regarding this Lead India Training Camp. They were very much impressed by their daring and dashing behavior.
The Lead India 2020 ABDB Training programme was concluded by National anthem.

Ø LEAD INDIA 2020 has organized a training camp in our school for 3 days from 1st December 2014 to 3rd December 2014 in the presence of master trainers Mr.Gangaraju, Mr.Omaji, Mr.Dasharatharam & Mr.Kranthi Kumar, a total of 238 students from 7th, 8th, 9th & 10th classes along with their teachers have participated in the training program. Students were more emphasized on the follow topics: Self-discipline, Fear-free Speaking, Code of respect, Leadership qualities, National development, Education development, highly benefited from the program as the change is clearly noted and for this positive change in them to be permanent, continuous refresh sessions have to be conducted every month for them to better citizens of future INDIA. I’m very much grateful to LEAD INDIA team for this wonderful program in our school…
