Date & Time:          26-March-2012 -- from 9-30am to 6pm

Seminar Coverage: UCET & Lead India 2020 National Club Hyderabad conducted Workshop on Career, Expression and Practical Finance.

This workshop is conceived to bridge the gap between Academic Syllabus and Practical Industry Requirement.

Lead India 2020 is working on empowering youth to take up global opportunities…In this process they found different deficiencies in the fresh graduates who are looking for jobs in Industry.

There are vacancies available but surprisingly selection rate is less than 5% of the applications received for the job. 95% candidates are rejected not because of their academic scores.
But Reasons for rejections are
1.         They are not able talk or visualize the working environment,
2.         Not able to communicate well
3.         Not able to interpret theory into practical environment.
4.         Not able show confidence on their fitness to the corporate.

That means fresh MBA’s are released without having skills for employability.

Teaching of Employability skills cannot be considered as part of the responsibility of the Lecturers or professors. It is the basic responsibility of Student who should work on practical interpretation and experimentation of the theory what he learns.

Lead India 2020 realized the need of spreading this message among students and designed this one day workshop.

This one day workshop raised thoughts in the minds of the students and also guided them about the way of approach towards practical industrial working environment.

Highlights: Excellent participation from all participants and they promised that they will work for their career development and promised that they will follow the tools and techniques suggested for acquiring practical knowledge in accounting, company management and capital markets.
