Training Report:

                                              The 1st Day

                                                      

                                            

In the 1st session, the students shy and inhibitions were removed by Mr. Srihari (Lead India Master Trainer), who made them jaan jigari dost. 

 

       In the 2nd session, Mr.Sainath (Lead India Master Trainer) told about India’s past and present status and made them feel great to be an Indian. The 1st day was concluded by Smruthi Vardhini.

In this session, Mr.Ramesh (Lead India Master Trainer) told about our National Problems. The students were made realized that the individual problems lead to National problems and they promised that by developing themselves they will develop India. 

 

Next session was conducted by Mr.Shankaraiah (Lead India Master Trainer) he made them realize, how they utilize the services from parents, teachers, Society, nation and Nature and they become debited to them, so by fulfilling their desires and aspirations they can indebt themselves.

 Next Mr.Shankaraiah (Lead India Master Trainer) melted their heart, by lighting it with the love and affections shown by parents, teachers and nation. Then children took blessing from their teachers and took apologies from them.

 Mr.Srihari (Lead India Master Trainer) developed their positive thinking and how to control the negative thinking lead them to their development. The 2nd day was concluded by Smritivardini

Session was conducted by Mr.Sainath (Lead India Master Trainer) who made them realize the importance of developing various Global skills to reach their goal. The 2nd session was conducted by Mr.Ramesh (Lead India Master Trainer) and he gave 6 principles to keep them physically fit. The 3rd session was conducted by Mr.Srihari (Lead India Master Trainer) about Mental Development and the children were made realizes that they are directly or indirectly dependent on the nation. The 4^th Session was conducted by Mr.Shankaraiah (Lead India Master Trainer) about Mother Session, from this session every student realizes their self and then they decided. So to develop nation we have to develop ourselves and self development leads to nation’s development and give Respect to Parents, Teachers and Relatives and Friends.

Mr.Venugopal (Principal), Government High School,Zamisthanpur and Mrs.Usharani, School Teacher and Mrs.Saira Banu, School Teacher and Mrs.K.Rajanipriya, School Teacher and Mrs.V.Durga, School Teacher attended to the concluding programme. In the concluding programme the Head Master picked up some of the students to share their feedback regarding this Lead India Training Camp. They were very much impressed by their daring and dashing behavior.

The Lead India 2020 ABDB Training programme was concluded by National anthem.

Ø LEAD INDIA has organized a training program for 3 days from 20^th April 2015 to 22^nd April 2015 in our school under the guidance of master trainers Mr. Ramesh, Mr. Shankaraiah, Mr. Srihari & Mr. Sainath. A total of 45 students from 7^th, 8^th & 9^th classes along with the teachers have participated in the training program. The three day of training session was very useful for personality development of every individual and positively impacts the students’ mindset through the presentation of mother session that has awaken a sense of realization among them to pay a high mark of respect towards parents and teachers in life. Hope this will continue in their lives till end & please do these type of programs in the coming year also. Overall, the training program was very effective and educative to benefit the students. I’m grateful to LEAD INDIA 2020 mission and thank them for organizing a wonderful program in our school…
