Free Mentor Trainng at Vijai Electricals Somajiguda

                   Lead India 2020 National Club Hyderabad organizes Free Training Session for  "Lead India Mentor Program on 16th Nov 2013 (Saturday) from 9-30am to 1-00pm at Vijay ElectricalsBeside Road to Medinova, Near Rajbhavan, Somajiguda, Hyderabad.

Objectives of the Session:


1. To disclose the methodology of reaching and transforming high school students as Good Leaders through systematic approach

2. To train Lead India mentors to improve their speaking, presentation, interaction and influencing skills

3. To distribute the set of sustenance lectures and giving necessary guidance to move forward

4. To understand practices and procedures to deliver common message and to be in association with Lead India Network.

Background of the Session: 

1.   Lead India is a movement to inspire all citizens especially youth to become good and do good.It is conducting research on methodology to transform people to live with values...Basic idea here is...if we teach people how to live with ethics and principles...and if they accept them heart fully and follow...then they can solve all national problems automatically. But that is not an easy task...it requires constant touch, regular reinforce and high level patience...

2.   This gigantic task requires lot of support from all parts of the society...It is the time to get united...for all forces who are trying to bring goodness in the society...and to have a common mission..that is reaching, inspiring & transforming each and every individual of this holy land...

3.   Finally we need to bring back the glory of our country which was lost in due course...

4.   We all are trying to serve the society...which is highly appreciable...Whatever be our service activity, we all are aiming at one common goal that is promoting welfare and better living of our fellow human beings...

5.   Let us all come together and sing a common song... Influence the society to move in to ethical and value based living...so that we can realize Developed India soon... 

6.   Lead India Mentor program is first to empower you as a Trainer and Motivator, then giving you a set of structured lectures to deliver at schools regularly...to bring required transformation with strategic execution. Lead India maintains panel of mentors and arranges sessions for you at school...


Commitments required from you are as follows:


1. Attending to training sessions as and when called for

2. Reading structured material given to you thoroughly...

3. Proper preparation for the lecture and adding good examples to suit the subject matter.

4. Research, experiment and share new ideas to transform youth

5. Delivering at least 1 lecture per month and informing Lead India back with update and photos

Highlights of the Workshop


1.   50 Students of 9th standard participated in this program. These students attended for 3 days ABDB program in 2012 and now this program provided them additional support to grow as Leaders
2.    Entire session went with great energy everywhere.  
3.    Participants involved in all activities and promised that they will implement team work in their life
4.    They also promised that they will work on some projects to experiment team work in their life
5.    Finally LINC Governing body with 6 members under the leadership of 1 teacher was formed to conduct weekly meeting to record and appreciate the work done by participants.

As a Mentor, I felt very happy and lucky to participate like this programs. It is my pleasure that I would witness the progress of the students, by doing continuance sustenance programs. I would also try to explain and get more volunteers and mentors for this program.
