Training Report
The 1st day
Session was started by lamp lighting and flag installation by Principal Sri. Krishna Murthy garu, Smt R.V.S Hymavathi garu and Smt. Raja Devi garu (Lower Class In charge)
In the 1st session, the students shy and inhibitions were
removed by Mr.Naveen (Master Trainer), who made them jaan jigari dost. In the 2nd session
Mrs. Gauthami (Master Trainer) told about India’s past and present status and Made them feel great to be an Indian. The 1st day was concluded by Smruthi Vardhini
2nd Day –
The students were made realized
that the individual problems lead to National problems and they promised that
by developing themselves they will develop India.
Next session was conducted by Mr.Rajeshwar (Master Trainer) he made them realize, how they utilize the services from parents, teachers, Society, nation and Nature and they become debited to them, so by fulfilling their desires and aspirations they can indebt themselves.
Next Mr. Naveen (Master Trainer) melted their heart, by lighting it with the love and affections shown by parents, teachers and nation. Than children took blessing from their teachers and took apologies from them. After while
Mr. Shashikanth (Master Trainer) developed their positive thinking and how to control the negative thinking lead them to their development. The 2nd day was concluded by Smritivardini
3rd day
Session was conducted by Mr. Vamsi
(Master Trainer) who made them realize the importance of developing various
Global skills to reach their goal. The 2nd session was conducted by Mr. Rajeswar (Master
Trainer) and he gave 6 principles to keep them physically fit. The 3rd session the children were made realizes that
they are directly or indirectly dependent on the nation. So to develop nation
we have to develop ourselves and self development leads to nation’s
development.

Saraswathi Vidyamandir and Retd Principal of Junior College. Mrs. Hymavathi HM
of Saraswathi Vidyamandir and Mrs. Raja Devi In charge of lower classes
attended to the concluding programme as guest of honor. Mr. Narendra Prasada
Garu (Member of Saraswathi Vidya Mandir and employee of BHEL) is the chief
guest of the programme. In the concluding programme the guest of honor picked
up some of the students to share their feedback regarding this Lead India
Training Camp. They were very much impressed by their daring and dashing
behavior.
The Lead India 2020 ABDB Training
programme was concluded by National anthem.

“The chief guest Mr. Narendra Prasad said by watching TV and movies we are not respecting our parents and teachers but through this Lead India change yourselves and start respecting parent’s teachers and elders. We as educated should also become politicians and try to bring immense change in our government, instead of changing hundred followers change one leader”.
