Workshop on “Skills Required for Volunteer Master Trainer of Lead India

Dear Friends,

Lead India 2020 National Club Hyderabad is planning to organize a Workshop on “Skills Required for Master Trainer of Lead India” on 4th March 2012 from 8-30am to 6 pm at Oasis School of Excellence, Raidurg, Gachibowli Road, Hyderabad

Purpose of the Workshop:
Lead India did extensive research and found that if we inculcate values, ethics, personal leadership and patriotism to all youth of India, then all national problems of India will be solved automatically and made a wonderful curriculum to develop Leaders with Social Concern.

Now Lead India 2020 needs helping hands (Volunteer Master Trainers) to take that great course to masses and see that sustainable personality development happens to 500 million youth of India.

 Objectives of the Seminar:
 1. To train volunteers as Lead India Master Trainers for English Medium Schools.
 2. To improve public speaking and interaction skills of Master Trainers.

 Training Methodology 
Lead India curriculum has got 8 modules like
1. How to solve National Problems & Lead India movement
2. Life & Vision
3. Physical Development
4. Intellectual and Scientific Temper Development
5. Human Values and Social Development
6. Global Skills and Career Development
7. Friendship and Healthy Relationships
8. National and Spiritual Development

Volunteering:
1. Volunteers need to select their suitable module from available modules.
2. Extensive training will be given to them in that module
3. Trainers will be enrolled in to Trainers Panel
4. Trainers will be contacted for taking sessions based upon their time availability
5. Volunteering for Two hours in a month is good enough to accelerate this movement

Who should attend?
Corporate Employees / Students who want to volunteer their time for 2nd National Movement for Developed India by 2020 with below qualities:
1.       Good Command in Spoken English
2.       Public Speaking ability
3.       Willingness to volunteer to take sessions as per time availability.
4.       Teetotaler (Non-Smoker, Non-Alcoholic and Free from Addictions)
5.       Patriot
